  • Yes. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 365 days a year.

  • Keep a paper log. The easiest way is to prepare sheets for each stop. The sheets should have rows of participant ID numbers with space left to record their score next to their number. Giving each participant a paper scorecard in which your officials write down the card or score at each stop and initial it also serves as a backup in case you encounter internet disruptions at one of your stops.

  • Do I need to be a computer expert to use RunWiz?
  • Not at all. We have made RunWiz very easy to use. The whole purpose in designing this website was to take out some of the hassles of managing a run. We have tested this site purposely with people who had minimal computer skills to make sure it was easy to use. See our Tips page and/or the user's guide to step you through registration and set up. People attending your event will think you are a computer whiz. They most likely haven't been on a run with live computer scoring.

  • Can I try out RunWiz before I purchase it?
  • Yes. Click on Test Ride on our main page. Log into Poker by using the word poker as both the User name and Password. Log into Dice by using the word RunWiz as both User name and Password (Note Capital "R" as logins are case sensitive). Then you can add Participants, search participants to add their card or score just as you would at a stop on the run. Rank and refresh to see the overall scoreboard. This is the same display as what your game will have (with the exception of the number of stops in a dice run, our test only uses 2. Your run will be customized to the amount of stops you entered in registering your event).

  • How can I familiarize my workers with the system so they are ready when the run starts?
  • We recommend you have your team use the Test Ride on our main page. Log into Poker scoring by using the word poker as both the User name and Password. Log into Dice by using the word RunWiz as both User name and Password (Note Capital "R" as log ins are case sensitive).

  • How do I get started?
  • On our main page click on "Set Up Your Run" and fill out the registration form and submit. We collect payment through PayPal. PayPal is the safest way to pay for things online. Dice Runs- You will need to know how many stops there will be ( times you will be rolling the dice) and how many dice you will be using at the stops .The reason for this is RunWiz won't allow a score higher than the total sum of the dice used to be entered this helps prevent typos. For example If 4 dye are you used RunWiz won't allow a score higher than 24 to be entered, 6 dye no higher than 36.
